A|L Media (www.almediastrategy.com), a fast-paced, award-winning political media firm is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Associate to join our growing team. The Digital Ad Operations Associate would be responsible for reviewing digital campaign and ad setups as well as assisting Digital Buyers with dashboard creation, invoice tracking, client pacing and vendor payments. You'll be a crucial part of a team that helps elect Democratic candidates and support progressive causes nationwide. Our firm is based in Chicago, IL. This is a remote position and is open to candidates anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the setup of digital advertising campaigns and creatives in a variety of digital platforms to ensure that they are set up properly.
• Collaborate with Digital Buyers to ensure any errors are quickly identified and resolved.
• Review daily invoice reports and payment requests to ensure all protocols are being followed.
• Work with Digital Buyers to ensure client campaigns are pacing and help onboard new clients to our reporting system. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with the ability to follow our thorough QA process.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively.
• The ability and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to an ever changing digital environment.
• Any experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.) through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a bonus.
• Experience in politics, political campaigns, or government is preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience
