Are you an accomplished Investor Relations professional with a strong network in the GCC region? We are partnering with a leading FinTech Wealth Manager that is expanding its footprint in the Middle East and seeking a dynamic Head of Investor Relations to lead its Dubai presence.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position where you will be the face of the firm in the region. Your primary focus will be capital raising from HNW and UHNW individuals and family offices, while also driving strategic engagement and co-investment opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in building the brand's presence among Dubai's elite investment community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a capital raising strategy targeting HNW/UHNW investors and family offices across the GCC.
• Build and manage relationships throughout the investor lifecycle, from initial pitch to ongoing engagement.
• Represent the firm at high-level events, conferences, and private networking opportunities.
• Support direct transactions and co-investment deals, leveraging your market knowledge and network.
• Elevate the firm's profile as a trusted partner and thought leader in the region.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in front-office finance roles with a strong focus on investor relations, capital raising, or business development.
• Proven track record of raising AUM and an existing network of HNW/UHNW investors and family offices in Dubai/GCC.
• Experience in hedge funds, private equity, asset management, or private banking.
• Strong understanding of alternative investments and financial markets.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a territory from the ground up.
