The Company

A highly entrepreneurial asset management company who are focussed on impact investing. Their investment philosophy is to invest in areas that make a positive difference (sustainability / climate tech etc) and are a leading player in the private markets space.

The Role

• Liaising with investment customers (predominantly IFAs) on a daily basis
• Ensuring IFAs receive a first class customer service
• Onboarding new clients
• Completing customer KYC and AML checks
• Various operational responsibilities
• Providing client updates
• Sending out fund literature requests
• Performance updates to clients / IFAs
• Keeping up with compliance regulations
• Ongoing training and qualifications

Skills / Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a client service / investor relations role
• Ideally from an asset manager / wealth manager / investment platform or IFA firm
• Previous experience with KYC / AML procedures would be beneficial
• Knowledge of investment funds including VCT / EIS or IHT would be beneficial
• Previous experience dealing with IFAs would be beneficial
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients
• Excellent communication skills
