Description
Key Responsibilities- Drive fundraising activities based on the fund's product and investment needs, including preparing materials and coordinating with internal teams.
- Develop and expand new LP channels, including government-related investors, state-owned capital, FOFs, financial institutions, corporates, and family offices.
- Conduct preliminary LP pitching, deliver product introductions, and manage follow-up communication.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors; ensure timely updates, reporting, and ongoing communication.
- Support LP due diligence, including data collection, Q&A, and documentation.
- Assist with investor onboarding, fund closing processes, and post-investment communication cycles.
- Participate in branding, roadshows, and LP events to enhance the fund's market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; strong academic background preferred.
- Approximately 5-10 years of Investor Relations, fundraising, or financial industry experience, ideally within PE/VC, FOF, or asset management.
- Experience engaging government or state-owned LPs is highly preferred
