Description
Your new companyYou will join a leading regional firm operating at the intersection of private credit, technology, and SME growth in Southeast Asia. The firm partners closely with sophisticated investors to channel capital into one of the region's most resilient and fast‑growing asset classes, supporting entrepreneurs while delivering risk-adjusted returns. The culture is high performance yet collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership, impact, and long-term partnerships.
Your new role

Acting as a senior front-facing representative to the market, you will originate new investor relationships locally or overseas, position a compelling suite of private credit investment opportunities, as well as manage the full relationship lifecycle from pitch to due diligence and ongoing servicing. - A degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of front-office/sales experience in a reputable bank/wealth management firm

- Proven and consistent sales performance in financial or investment products
- Strong hunter mindset and origination ability
What you'll get in return
In return for your dedication and hard work, you'll be rewarded with:
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and market-leading private credit firm
- High impact role with direct ownership over investor origination and growth
- Competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based commissions
- Equity participation aligned with long term value creation
