This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organization in the financial services sector.
Job Description
As a USD Investor Relations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and operation of the investor relations (IR) middle-office platform.
- Optimize LP term structures, accurately capture core cooperation priorities, safeguard the interests of both the company and LPs, and facilitate efficient deal execution.
- Lead the full lifecycle of due diligence for prospective and existing LPs.
- Handle ongoing communication with LPs by establishing a regular dialogue mechanism.
- Work closely with Finance, Investment, Legal, HR, and other departments to align IR activities with core business operations.
A successful USD Investor Relations Manager should have:
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, LP management, fundraising support, or related financial management roles within USD-denominated funds. At least 3 years must be in IR management.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, FRM are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; capable of handling cross-border communication and international LP interactions.
