Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Rubin Rudman, a prominent mid-size law firm based in Boston, is seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Our cross-functional team is responsible for marketing, business development, client development, attorney recruiting, and attorney professional development. We recently completed a full rebrand and website launch, and are actively building on that foundation, making this an excellent time to join and contribute to work that has visible, firmwide impact. This role involves growing our brand presence across digital and traditional channels, including our website, social media, email, content initiatives—with a focus on elevating Rubin Rudman's visibility in the market.
Responsibilities
- Update and optimize the firm website using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, current, and consistent with brand standards.
- Maintain the firm's social media content calendar by surfacing timely content opportunities—such as attorney speaking engagements, firm news, and client wins—and translating them into on-brand posts.
- Produce social media, email, and article graphics, applying firm brand standards consistently and improving upon existing templates.
- Assist in the development of content through research and data analytics and provide editorial support—proofing and editing website copy, articles, and marketing materials for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate the production of firm marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and event collateral.
- Support all processes related to award nominations, rankings, and surveys.
- Pull and summarize reports and analytics to inform marketing strategy and improve performance.
Compensation
The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Location
This full-time hybrid role (3 days in office) is based in our Boston office at 53 State Street.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing (law firm or professional services experience a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in WordPress block editing (Gutenberg)—hands-on experience editing and publishing content in a Gutenberg-based CMS is required.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proofread for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
- Resourceful and self-directed—comfortable researching, troubleshooting, and finding solutions.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to always represent the firm positively.
- An eye for design and branding consistency; ability to follow firm standards while contributing creative ideas.
- Maturity, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
- A plus, but not required: Google Ads, SEO and/or GEO experience.
