Permanent, Temporary and Contract Staffing Services
We offer a multitude of recruiting and staffing services that enable us to customize talent search and staffing solutions for your individual needs. We provide talent search and placement services for Permanent, Temporary and Contract Staffing, and Temp-to-Perm for a variety of Southwest Florida clients.
Permanent Staffing:
We provide executive recruiting and permanent staffing from high-level executives to administrative support. With over 25-years of executive recruiting experience, we have a solid foundation of clients in the Southwest Florida area. Finding top talent is our specialty.
Contract Staffing:
Foxhire, as our back-office, allows us to supply our client companies with top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Foxhire becomes the contractor’s legal Employer of Record™, relieving our client from all the administrative paperwork including taxes and workers’ compensation, payroll processing, unemployment liabilities, etc.
Temporary Staffing:
For short-term, long-term, and/or specific project needs, temporary help is used across a broad range of skills and occupations to substitute for employees on leave, on vacation, in emergencies, or to provide supplemental support where there are temporary skill shortages, or to lend expertise to specific projects, or for peak load needs such as inventories, start-ups, inspections, etc.
Temp-to-Perm Staffing:
We provide temp-to-perm staffing services with client companies based on the assumption that if the client likes the candidate, the candidate may be permitted to be hired by the client as a direct-hire.
