Company Overview

The Democratic Mayors Association represents Democratic Mayors in cities of 30,000 or more
with a common vision for progress and inclusive growth in their communities. We mobilize
Democratic Mayors on behalf of progressive issues; empower local governments to take action
on pressing challenges; and provide a network of private sector and labor partners to support
the development of creative solutions in collaboration with Mayors. Like the leaders we
represent, DMA is committed to promoting equity, inclusivity, and diversity both within our
workplace and through the work we produce. Embracing diverse perspectives and talents is not
only central to our shared Democratic values – it is critical if we want to best serve our cities and
promote policies that work for all Americans.
