Some B2B2C and B2C messaging required.
- Produce engaging storytelling and campaign-related content supporting initiatives such as Travel Advisors Get You There, the Kindness Movement, awards programs, and advisor engagement campaigns, aligning with established frameworks.
- Develop TravelBlogue articles and assist with co-op content execution, incorporating SEO/AEO best practices and collaborating with stakeholders on revisions and approvals.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure deliverables remain on track.
- Monitor and summarize performance metrics for Travelogue and TravelBlogue, identifying content trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
- Support implementation of AI-enabled content tools and segmentation initiatives within established marketing processes.
- Conduct research on advisor trends, competitive activity, and program positioning to inform content recommendations and ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated.
- Provide proofreading and copy-editing support across communications to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. Assist with Travelogue 2.0 updates and content development.
- Demonstrate commitment to ALGV and Hyatt core values.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing, communications, or copywriting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished marketing copy that requires minimal revision.
- Experience working with deadline-driven, cross-functional environments.
- Experience writing for B2B audiences strongly preferred.
- Travel industry experience preferred.
- AEO, analytics, or AI-related certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management systems (Trello, Camphouse, or similar).
