Description

1. Serve as the primary liaison for journalists and key media contacts, managing media inquiries, developing press materials, and coordinating interviews for senior leadership. Maintain and update media contact databases.
2. Write, edit, and translate business-critical content in both English and Chinese, including but not limited to press releases, social media posts, corporate credentials, and the CEO's messaging. Leverage AI tools to generate, optimize, and repurpose content across multiple platforms efficiently.
3. Organize media training sessions and support the development of company spokespeople.
4. Lead and oversee the management of corporate reputational risk in a comprehensive manner.
5. Partner with external agencies to monitor media coverage, produce regular coverage reports, and proactively identify potential reputational risks.
6. Plan and execute corporate events, from strategy to delivery.
7. Define and drive the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all channels.
8. Manage and maintain the company's owned media platforms.
9. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a language-related discipline.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua fluency is required.
3. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a related field.
4. Proven track record in managing media relations across both HK and China financial media landscapes, with demonstrated expertise in reputational risk management, brand event planning, and brand-building initiatives.
5. Hands-on experience in utilizing AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, and workflow optimization.
6. Deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, emerging digital platforms, and current communications trends.
