You will play a critical role in ensuring calls are answered quickly, responders are dispatched effectively, and daily operations run with professionalism and precision.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support staff in real-time emergency communications operations
Assist with scheduling, training, and quality assurance
Support employee development and performance
Maintain high operational standards across the center
Help ensure seamless coordination with law enforcement, fire, and EMS partners
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of public safety communications experience
Communications Training Officer (CTO) certification
Working knowledge of law enforcement, fire, and EMS operations
Strong computer proficiency in public safety systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead, prioritize, and delegate effectively
Professional demeanor at all times
Willingness to complete supervisory training within one year
