This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, consulting, accounting, tax, or other data-intensive financial roles who are looking to transition into the buy-side while maintaining a highly analytical and strategic position.

The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the firm's overall Investor Relations and fundraising initiatives through data analysis, project coordination, and operational execution.
• Managing and maintaining fundraising databases, CRM systems (Salesforce), investor records, and other critical datasets.
• Coordinating the creation, review, and distribution of investor collateral, marketing materials, presentations, and fundraising campaigns.
• Ensuring the accuracy of valuation metrics, performance data, track records, and investor-facing content.
• Partnering closely with senior Investor Relations leadership to support active fundraising processes and capital formation initiatives.
• Assisting with investor meeting preparation, follow-up processes, and ongoing campaign management.
• Identifying process improvements and developing more efficient workflows across the Investor Relations function.
• Working cross-functionally with investment, finance, operations, and leadership teams to solve problems and execute strategic projects.
• Leveraging technology and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and data management across the function.

The Investor Relations Associate should have:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, accounting, consulting, tax, or a related analytical financial services environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and ensure accuracy across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
• Experience working with financial metrics, performance reporting, valuation analyses, and data-driven projects.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in private markets, fundraising, capital formation, and investor relations.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or other database platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to AI platforms and workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Charlotte, NC five days per week.
