Investor Relations Manager, Asia

Our client is a leading manufacturing business with a strong global footprint and expansion plans in Europe and Asia. We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to lead fundraising and investor engagement across the APAC region.

Position Responsibilities

• Investor engagement: Lead fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors across Asia.
• Partnership development: Identify and collaborate with investment banks and advisors to introduce investors and manage facilitation agreements.
• Pipeline expansion: Build new investor networks beyond existing contacts.
• Regional outreach: Proactively engage family offices and fund houses in China, Japan, Korea, and other APAC markets.
• Investor communication strategy: Develop clear and compelling investor communication materials (presentations, updates, reports) tailored to family offices and fund houses in Asia.
• Market intelligence: Monitor regional investment trends and competitor fundraising activities to provide insights that shape the company's capital strategy.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key investors, ensuring ongoing engagement beyond fundraising cycles.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in investor relations and fundraising, ideally within scaling or business expansion projects.
• Established relationships with family offices and fund houses across Asia; ability to expand pipelines beyond existing contacts.
• Ability to design and execute fundraising strategies aligned with global expansion goals
• Strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate investor proposals, structure deals, and provide clear recommendations to senior management.
• Deep understanding of APAC investor landscape, with strong presence in China, Japan, and Korea.
• Demonstrated ability to execute fundraising strategies quickly and effectively.
• Willingness to travel across Asia to meet investors and partners.
• Strong communication skills in English & Chinese (either Cantonese or Mandarin).
