Investor Relations Specialist - Arabic Speaker

We are partnering with a privately-owned asset manager based in the UAE, currently in the process of building out its platform.

The firm is led by a highly experienced team, with strong track records, across investments and distribution, with a clear ambition to deliver disciplined, high-conviction investment strategies designed to generate long-term wealth for clients.

They are now looking to hire an Arabic-speaking Investor Relations professional to play a key role in building and developing their client base across the region.

The Role

1. Lead capital raising efforts across the Middle East, with a focus on institutional investors, family offices and UHNW clients
2. Build and manage long-term client relationships across the region
3. Represent the firm externally, articulating investment strategies and positioning
4. Support fundraising processes end-to-end, from origination through to close
5. Work closely with the investment team to translate strategy into compelling client messaging
6. Contribute to broader business development strategy as the platform scales

Candidate Profile

1. 5-12 years' experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales within asset management or alternatives
2. Strong existing network across Middle East HNW investors / family offices
3. Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
4. Proven track record of raising capital or supporting fundraising processes
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
6. Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable operating in a build-out environment
